Another Transjakarta user, Agung suggests the management to place more decorative plants in the bus shelter.

"It has quite complete facilities. But I think it is better to put more decorative plants thus it looks more beautiful and green," he conveyed.

Deveana Stasya (20), a college student also appreciates the new bus shelter since it has signages and officers are also capable in doing their job.

"When entering the shelter, we can see the route signage thus we don't need to ask the officers. Besides, there are also route signage on each platform. It makes easier for us to get information," she conveyed.

PT. Transjakarta President Director, Agung Wicaksono conveyed to receive inputs from Transjakarta users and will try to implement it.

"We accommodate those inputs and review it internally. If possible, we will add more plants to make it looks greener," he said.
